Dacey Brooke, MD
I grew up in Portland, Oregon, went to medical school at OHSU, and did my pediatric residency at Seattle Children's in Washington. During my residency, I spent 4 months a year in a program in Alaska, where I received special training in caring for children who live in rural areas. I decided to come to Coos Bay after spending time here in medical school and falling in love with the area. Parents have the best and hardest job in the world, and my number one goal as a pediatrician is to support you and help you make the best health decisions for your family. I love caring for children of all ages, but I have a special place in my heart for newborn care, adolescent medicine, mental health care, and caring for children with special health needs. In my free time, I enjoy reading, gardening, trivia, horror movies, and spending time with my husband and our two dogs in the beautiful coastal wilderness.
