Joseph T. Morgan, M.D.
Dr. Morgan was born in Phoenix, Arizona. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Medicine in Denver, and his post-graduate medical training was in Phoenix and Denver. He served for two years on active duty assigned to the U.S. Army Hospital, Ft. Carson, Colorado. Dr. Morgan is the Bay Clinic's senior physician. He is a fellow of the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and a Fellow and past president of the American Academy of Environmental Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and the Oregon Society of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. He is past president of the Southwestern Oregon Medical Society and past president of the Bay Area Hospital Medical Staff. Dr. Morgan has two sons, Weston, of Eugene, Oregon and Benjamin, of Alameda, California. He and his wife Vicki, live in Coos Bay and are members of the United Methodist Church. His hobby is antique automobiles.
After 50 years practicing medicine, Dr. Morgan retired May 31, 2017. We hope he enjoys retirement as much as he did being a physician. We will miss him, but wish him all the best.
